“I found a lot of bee activity around an outside water spigot at our Merritt Island home on N. Tropical Trail. The water spigot was on a side wall of the garage. After inspecting the inside of the garage, I found what appeared to be a colony in the wall. Although I could not see the hive, there was definitely bee activity in the wall. I called Bill to obtain info and possibly schedule an appointment. Bill was on another job in Brevard county but said he would stop by our house and take a look. He called me several times to apprise me of his progress. After inspecting the house, he gave me an estimate and we agreed to meet the following morning, which we did. Bill and his sidekick, Jack, spent the rest of the morning cleaning up the mess. They did an excellent job of removing the bees, the hive, any residual wax on the inside wall and sealing all possible entry points to keep others from getting in. When all was said and done, the total charge was actually a little less than his original quote which surprised me greatly! That usually NEVER happens. “I noticed bees entering a soffit and quickly called my pest team that takes care of my house and lawn. I could see the hive through the access over the garage. After the estimate from my pest service, I called Bill. He was out the same day and gave me an estimate $400 dollars (yes 400) lees than the pest service.
