These Terms of Service (“**Terms**”) govern your access to and use of **Bill’s Professional Bee Removal** (“**Bill’s Professional Bee Removal**,” “**we**,” “**us**,” or “**our**”) and our website **[https://abeeremoval.com/](https://abeeremoval.com/)** (the “**Site**”), as well as any services we provide. By using the Site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

## 1) Scope of Services
We provide **humane live bee removal** and **relocation when possible** within our service area. Typical service categories include:
* **Swarm Removal**
* **Hive Removal from Structures** (e.g., soffit, wall, block wall, under sheds)
* **Repairs & Seal-Up** (where applicable)
* **Inspection Only** (see Pricing & Fees)
Service availability is generally **Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM** (closed major holidays), with **same-day priority** available where noted.

## 2) Service Area & Scheduling Window
* Our standard service area is a **~2-hour radius from Merritt Island, Florida**.
* Bookings are scheduled in a **3-hour service window** to account for job variability, safety, and traffic.
* Jobs outside Merritt Island may include additional **travel time** (buffer) in the appointment window.

## 3) Photos Required (No “Come Look” Visits)
To ensure we arrive ready to work, **we do not offer on-site assessments just to “look.”** We require **photos** of the problem area **before** confirming the work. You may upload photos via our chatbot or **text them to (321) 576-6956**.

## 4) Pricing & Fees
* **Final price after photo review:** The total cost depends on hive size, age, and location (tree, soffit, block wall, under shed, etc.).
* **Typical range:** **$300–$800** (for reference only; actual final price may differ after on-site assessment).
* **Inspection Only:** **$200**. If you proceed with removal, this amount is **credited** toward the job total.
* **Same-Day Priority:** **+$200**. Subject to availability.
* **Repairs & Seal-Up:** If required, pricing depends on scope and materials.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for conditions discovered on site (e.g., larger-than-expected colonies, inaccessible locations, structural hazards, or multiple hives).

## 5) Payment Terms
* **Full payment is due on-site** upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.
* Accepted payment methods and any applicable taxes/fees will be communicated at or before service time.
* If payment fails or is refused, we may assess late fees and take reasonable steps to collect amounts due, including collections costs as allowed by law.

## 6) Customer Responsibilities (Safety & Access)
To help us work safely and efficiently, you agree to:
* Provide **safe, unobstructed access** to the work area.
* **Do not spray** chemicals or attempt removal yourself prior to our arrival.
* Keep **children and pets away** from the affected area before, during, and after service as instructed.
* Inform us if **anyone has been stung** or if **bees are inside** your home.
* Disclose hazards (e.g., electrical, structural issues, ladders/roof access risks).
* Ensure a person **18+** is present to authorize work and payment.
If unsafe conditions exist, we may postpone or refuse service until conditions are resolved.

## 7) Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
* You may **reschedule or cancel** at least **12 hours** before your appointment without penalty.
* Late cancellations, no-shows, or inability to access the work site at the scheduled time may result in a **call-out fee** up to the Inspection amount (or as otherwise communicated).
* **Same-Day Priority** fees are not refundable after dispatch.

## 8) Photos, Records & Privacy
* We may retain photos and job notes for documentation, safety, warranty, and legal purposes.
* **We do not sell your personal information or photos.**
* We do **not** use your photos/content for marketing **without your written permission**.

## 9) Communications; Email & SMS
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive **service-related emails and SMS** (confirmations, reminders, updates). **Message & data rates may apply.** To opt out of non-essential messages, follow the instructions in the message or contact us. Transactional communications related to active bookings may still be required.

## 10) Property Conditions & Limited Repair Work
Some removals (especially in structures) may require limited access (e.g., removing soffit material) to safely reach and remove bees/honeycomb. We will discuss options before proceeding. Unless expressly included in your estimate, **finish repairs** (e.g., painting, drywall/finish carpentry) are **not** included.
You acknowledge that bee removal can involve **unavoidable risks** to surrounding materials, and you agree that we are **not responsible** for **pre-existing** damage, hidden conditions, or consequential damage that is reasonably necessary to access or remove bees/hives (unless caused by our negligence).

## 11) Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and services are provided **“as is” and “as available.”** We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted Site availability or that all bees/colonies will not return, especially when surrounding conditions (e.g., unsealed entry points, nearby attractants) persist.

## 12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, **Bill’s Professional Bee Removal** and its owners, employees, and contractors will **not** be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from or related to the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the services will **not exceed** the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

## 13) Indemnification
You agree to **defend, indemnify, and hold harmless** Bill’s Professional Bee Removal from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your misuse of the Site or services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of another or applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic accidents, supply or labor issues, power or internet failures, government actions, or other force majeure events.

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design) is owned by or licensed to Bill’s Professional Bee Removal and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

## 16) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the **State of Florida**, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the **exclusive jurisdiction and venue** of the state and federal courts located in **Florida** for any dispute arising from these Terms or the services.
Before filing a claim, the parties agree to **first attempt informal resolution** in good faith.
